How long does shipping take?
Our headquarters is located in North Carolina. Orders ship out within 24-48 hours from purchase. The time of delivery is contingent upon the carrier. Which could cause delays. We however will honor to ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer returns?
We understand that things happen. However, each orders are made-to-order after your order is placed. We do not offer returns on any products. What we offer are exchanges ONLY. Please reach out if you would like to do an exchange and we will honor your request.
What if I don't receive my package?
If your package shows delivered and you haven't received it. Please contact the carrier first. The carrier can open an investigation into your missing package. Please ensure you have contacted the carrier before contacting our customer service.
